I sorta thought um maybe it would look neat and like sort of draw to mind maybe like those comics about his relationships he did maybe?

Yeah, well, the goal was to imitate the Jeffery Brown style as close as possible. Plus, Sophia has glasses and Jeffery's face is a little rounder...see? I'm original! I am!

I have no problem with people imitating Jeffrey Brown. I am obsessed with him! His gags and appeal lie in his ability to state the obvious, show what is known, and reveal a little of the human experience.

If one cannot immitate Jeffrey Brown, one is unable to live life in its most basic form and will probably have trouble achieving the higher things that make life truly worth living.

I know that sad feeling. I once had a one line mention in the Comics Journal, and I'm running around going holy crap holy crap and everyone I was working with was "Oh.. um... that's nice?"
